The month of July started with a patriotic concert by Randy Plunkett. Resident Bob’s daughter came for a visit and brought the “grand-dogs”, which was fun. Folks worked in the raised garden beds and visited the Dodgeville Town Square for Local History Day, put on by the Chamber. They took in an exhibition on swordsmanship techniques – very exciting! Late in the month there was a trip to Grab-a-Cone and an Olympics competition, and a wonderful outing to Governor Dodge State Park with folks from sister residence Meadows Assisted Living & Memory Care in Spring Green.
