CrestRidge Red Hat Ladies took a trip to The Pointer Cafè in Mineral Point

May started with a delivery of handmade May Baskets from folks from sister residence All Saints Neighborhood in Madison. So thoughtful! Spring Green community member Deb brought in her gorgeous quilts and everyone loved them! For Cinco de Mayo, folks enjoyed chips and salsa, margaritas and music. Olè! Pianist Linda Seeley put on lovely concerts, and the bus took a crew to the Iowa County Humane Society garage sale and a stop for ice cream. For Mother’s Day, staff put on a delightful Mother’s Day tea party! Shekinah King performed while all the ladies spent precious time together. The book club has been reading “A Man Called Ove”, so folks watched the movie, “A Man Called Otto”, which is based on the book. The Red Hat ladies took a trip to the Pointer Cafè in Mineral Point, and resident Ron was tour guide on an adventure to explore Evans Quarry Road, where he grew up. The month ended with members from the Barneveld American Legion Post 433 leading a service commemorating Memorial Day. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
