What a month we had in September! A Labor Day picnic on the patio started the fun, and then came National Assisted Living Week. Special events were held to recognize residents and staff like dress-up days, Waikiki Wednesday, a visit from the Vesperman Farms ice cream truck and a tailgate pizza lunch. The reptile program “Snakes Alive” was fascinating and three kittens from the Iowa County Humane Society were so fun to snuggle! Thank you to the Dodgeville Women’s Art Club for helping folks create Halloween art, and for bringing adorable little Luna along dressed in her Halloween costume.
