The month of September focused on Back to School fun, celebrating Homecoming, dancing to a Sock Hop, and passing out yearbooks with a “Senior Superlative” for everyone. The week of September 8-14 was also National Assisted Living Week, starting off with Grandparents Day and a rousing game of Bingo with friends and family. There were dress-up days, a visit from the Vesperman Farms ice cream truck, and other gifts and prizes to celebrate our staff and the folks who call our assisted living or memory care residence their home. The month ended with a trip to Cow Tippers in Mineral Point for some delicious food and the pleasant surprise of a visit with an old friend. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
